Currently, I'm helping CIBC and its clients realize their ambitions. I have a history of working with seniors and other vulnerable populations with a focus on accessibility, digital wellbeing, and personal privacy.
When I'm not at work, you can find me on the nearest hiking trail, curled up with the latest novel in my bookshelf, or rolling 1d20 for luck.
Why
User experience is how people process product.
That's why my creative approach is is two-pronged: anticipatory and minimalist. I aim for proactive, data-driven decisions that are inclusive of marginalized needs. And there is always beauty in simplicity: finding the smallest change that will make the most impact.
My ultimate goal? Practical, meaningful, and accessible solutions.
